All products are shipped from Bend, Oregon within 1-2 business days. We ship all products via USPS or UPS, and they usually deliver to your door within 2-5 business days depending on where you live. Berlin Skin, LLC is not responsible for any damages, delays, customs issues, or taxes that may be associated with your order. Please look into your country's laws and regulations prior to placing your order.
