Where Do You Ship?
We currently ship to the USA, Canada, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Australia.
Return and Exchange Policy
All sales are final and we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges. If you would like to try out our line before committing to the full sizes, consider purchasing our Weekender Mini Set. Alternatively, we are happy to send you a deluxe size sample with your order: simply email us your order number along with the product you'd like to sample, and we'll add it into your order.
Incorrect Order
If you have not received your order, or the product is not what you expected, please email us at orders@berlinskin.com so that we can make it right for you. Berlin Skin, LLC is not held responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Shipping Time
All products are shipped from Redmond, Oregon within 1-2 business days. We ship all products via USPS or UPS, and domestic orders typically deliver to your door within 2-5 business days. International orders can take up to 15 business days to arrive. Berlin Skin, LLC is not responsible for any damages, delays, customs issues, or taxes that may be associated with your order. Please look into your country's laws and regulations prior to placing your order.
International Shipping
At this time we do not ship internationally outside of the USA.
