Fall Skin Tips

The lovely season of fall is finally upon us. With all the beauty and cooler temps come some changes in our skin as well. While summer typically blesses us with dewy skin, the fall can bring more dry and dehydrated skin. Below are a few of our favorite tips to keep things glowing as we move into fall. 

  • Weekly gentle exfoliation. This is key for getting rid of any flaky, dry skin. We recommend light exfoliation 1-2 times a week. Our Matcha Mask is our top recommendation as it contains papaya and pumpkin extracts which gently exfoliate the skin. A blend of botanical oils deliver maximum moisture, and the combination leaves your skin looking fresh renewed.
  • Hydrate throughout the day. This one can be hard to forget as the weather turns cooler, but it's important year-round. First things first, hydrate from the inside out, always keeping a large water bottle at your side. After that, we recommend our Geranium & Rose Toner morning and night, and anytime throughout the day. Our toner contains aloe vera, MSM, colloidal silver, raspberry seed oil, and lavender and rose hydrosols — ingredients that help hydrate, detoxify, and calm the skin. You'll instantly see and feel the difference in your skin.
  • Add in some oil! Okay, real talk: we are releasing our brand new face oil this fall and we are more than a little excited. It's going to be a game changer. But for now as we wait, you can absolutely use our Black Spruce Body Oil. Add in a few drops to any of our facial creams, or apply it directly to the face and layer with a cream.
