since day 1, we've been committed to offering you the best skin care products that benefit both body and mind. over the past couple of years, we've had a lot of conversations with you about how to maximize your routine and get the most out of our products. well, these 2 new tools that we've released are assisting in just that! we're so pumped to be offering our bamboo facial cloths and coconut fiber body brush: both tools in which we boldly believe will up your skin care game, overall wellness, and self-care ritual.
it's difficult to achieve a thorough, deep cleanse for your face with only water and your cleanser. in fact, we don't recommend using a lot of water in your cleansing routine. if you've ever had a facial, you know that they mainly use hot facial cloths to cleanse your skin and remove product. this is the absolute best way to make sure that you're removing all of the makeup and dirt on your face from the day - and it's like a daily spa treatment for your face - but at home. this is especially important when using an oil-based cleanser like our coconut + aloe cleanser: if you skip this first step of cleansing with a cloth, you're simply just rubbing the cleanser into a dirty face. better to start with a clean slate!
how to use: wash the cloths before first use. completely immerse cloth in hot warm water, wring out, and apply to your face as a first step in your cleansing routine. follow with your cleanser, then use the other side of the cloth to remove the product without using too much water (which can be drying).
dry brushing can sound sort of odd and confusing at first, especially if you've never tried it before. brush my body? with this thick bristled brush? yes! made from coconut fibers, this wellness tool provides the ultimate detoxification for your body and it's a must to include in your daily rituals. the health benefits of dry skin brushing are numerous! it assists the body’s lymphatic system, improves blood circulation, exfoliates the skin, promotes better skin texture, and overall general well-being.
how to use: wash with warm water before first use to rid of any loose fibers. use in the morning before showering. gently brush your body in upward strokes, starting at the feet and making your way up toward the heart. follow with our body oil.
